What do Kush Diamonds do?

Kush are fine jewellers, all jewellery is made by our in-house master jewellery with over 45 years of experience. All jewellery is handmade in our Melbourne CBD workshop. Plus we are importers and wholesalers of gemstones- we have a wide array of gemstones/diamonds from our cutting factory available, all options are viewed before any commitments, and options can be compared. We are the complete package- not just a jewellery and not just a gemstone merchant. This combination is unique Australia wide and we take pride in this rare gem that still exists in this fast-moving industry.

What is the difference between Kush Prices and Retail store prices?

Prices are approximately half of Recommended Retail Price. As guidance to our clients, all custom makes include an independent jewellery valuation, with the value appraised by a legal valuer and can be applied to insuring off the items. Retail stores are third-party, they are not direct jewellers or wholesalers.

Do our products come with a warranty?

Of course! A lifetime guarantee is honoured for all jewellery made by us. The warranty covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. This does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item. If the item has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void.

Differences between An Online Diamond store and Kush?

Buying online is incomparable to the experience of viewing diamonds and choosing diamonds first-hand. Buying online comes with extreme Risk, where you are buying a diamond unseen and without it being quality control checked by a gemmologist or valuer. As Kush we do not sell any diamonds, we sell a strict quality controlled range that has been checked and undergone our strict criteria. Online you can find inferior diamonds that most expert jewellery wholesalers would not sell to a consumer. Buying a diamond online you must consider that the quality is questionable of the stone itself along with the cheap mass-produced jewellery it is set in. We do not accept diamonds bought online for our exclusive custom pieces. We do however work with heirloom diamond and gems clients would like reset and recreated.
